Cancellation Charges

We try to be fair in our cancellation charges but as with any business we do incur costs when accepting a booking.

Regular Hirers

More than 2 weeks Notice - If you are a regular hirer of the centre we recognise that you have made a commitment to us, and likewise we have made commitment to you to make the space available. Providing there is more than 2 weeks notice we would not charge you for a space that you cancel. This is on the condition that there have been no more than 2 cancellations in a 12 month period.

Exceptions - Long weekends, the Christmas and New Year period providing you have told us in advance you will not be using your space prior to your invoice being sent.

8 days to 14 days notice - cancellations within this time period are subject to 50% charge unless we can hire your space over and above any available space in the centre. As an example, you cancel your 2 hour booking, but the other side of the sports hall is available, we would need to hire that space first then your space for there to be no charge, or the 50% cancelation chrge would apply.

1 day to 7 days notice - cancellations within this time period are subject to 100% charge unless we can hire your space over and above any available space in the centre. As an example, you cancel your 2 hour booking, but the other side of the sports hall is available, we would need to hire that space first then your space for there to be no charge, or the 100% cancellation charge would apply.

No show or on the day cancellation - Full charge applies.
